I coach individuals on a 1-2-1 basis in person or online via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.
I also deliver workshops to groups in businesses and at public events. All my coaching provides people with the space and tools to achieve their full potential. My coaching can vary from helping others set and achieve their goals, improve their self awareness, learn how to feel calmer and more confident. Ultimately I provide tools, techniques and support to help others feel better about themselves and their lives. Sessions are normally 60 minutes and take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis. 1-2-1 Coaching Packages
My coaching comes in packages of 2, 4, 8 or 12 sessions depending on your time commitment and what you'd like to work on. Most of my coaching is conducted in person on a 1-2-1 basis. I also offer coaching over the phone on video calls for those who prefer that approach, have busy schedules or live elsewhere in the world. You can choose to have ad-hoc sessions, however, I strongly encourage people to book more than one to get the most out of coaching. I also offer everyone a free 30 minute consultation to discuss whether coaching is right for them.
1 x 60 minute session
In 60 minutes we can look at the reality of your goals, explore all the possible options and create a realistic action plan for you to take away. These sessions are also designed to introduce clients to simple tools and techniques to start improving their wellbeing. Prior to any coaching all prospective clients complete a lifestyle questionnaire and have a free consultation. This allows me to understand your needs and make the most of your first session. These one off sessions are also great for clients who have already worked with me to have a refresh or for those who want to give it a try.
Calm and Confidence
2 x 60 minute sessions
To feel your best and make better choices in life you have to feel calm and confidence. In these two sessions you'll gain clarity on what you want and learn techniques to calm the mind, overcome anxiety and feel more confidence.
Me, Myself and Mindset
4 x 60 minute sessions
The best way to have a happier and healthier life is by understanding yourself and how your mind works. During these sessions we will work together on your mindset, introduce strategies you can use to help you manage your state of mind, understand your behaviours and grow your awareness. We will also work on understanding what your values are and set clear intentions for what you want.
8 x 60 minute sessions
We are constantly held back by our own beliefs. This package will involve deep mind work to help you work out what is holding you back and how to overcome those fears. We will work together to unpack your beliefs, challenge them and change them so you can let go and move on in your life.
Matter of Transformation
12 x 60 minute sessions
This package is for people wanting to make long lasting change to the lifestyle they currently have. To start living how they want now. We all have different definitions of happiness and success and lifestyle design is all about defining it for yourself, then working hard to get it with my support. This course is 12-step transformation that really digs into who you are, what you want and how to get there. We work on your values, your belief system and assess exactly what is needed to get you from where you are to where you want to be with an empowering mindset and a clear plan.
Adapted and tailored to suit

My workshop topics include: responding to stress, increasing productivity, building confidence in creativity and ways to find calm at work and at home. I deliver workshops to the general public and creative media business because of my work in film and production, as a producer. I understand the challenges people face in those environments, both personally and professionally and how to respond to those challenges effectively, so they can enjoy their job, embrace their creativity and believe in their ideas.

The techniques I use within my coaching programmes are a combination of the effective and powerful tools I have gained from my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness and Personal Performance Coaching. All will improve your self awareness, identity and existing talents. I use a combination of questioning, spatial anchoring, visualisation and state change in my sessions. I will support, motivate and challenge you without judgement or advice. All of this can be discussed further if you are interested to work with me.
