To make positive change we need to feel calm, confident and courageous, I’ll help you find all three.
I create a calm, open, honest, non judgmental environment where we can talk openly about what you want and get to work on making that happen. I always support and encourage my clients to tap into their creativity so they can really explore what is possible and feel motivated in making steps towards change. I also like to celebrate your small wins and have fun along the way.

Before any coaching begins you’ll have a free 30 minute consultation so I can hear what you want support with. This lets us both get to know each other a little bit better, explore any questions you have about coaching and talk through how I can help you. After your initial consultation I’ll design a coaching programme tailored to your aims and what is realistically achievable in the amount of sessions you can commit to.

I recommend you start by committing to 6 sessions. It’s most effective and you will experience the long lasting benefits of your coaching.
I love working with people on a 1-2-1 basis. It allows me to really invest my time and energy in an individual’s needs and really focus on helping them to get what they want and to where they want. I love to motivate, encourage and challenge people to make change for the better.
