To make positive change we need to feel calm, confident and courageous, I’ll help you find all three. 

My coaching will help you improve your wellbeing, mind health, relationships and mindset so you can feel happier and healthier about who you are and what you do. 


In 1-2-1 sessions I create a calm, confidential, safe space for you to process and improve how you feel, think and behave.


Coaching sessions will vary in format depending on what it is you want to explore. We will typically pinpoint the changes you’d like to make, explore the specific obstacles you are facing and work together to overcome those so you can improve your current situation, mindset, lifestyle and ultimately feel better. 


You’ll learn how to manage your emotions, challenge your thinking, prioritise your wellbeing, improve your self belief and set and achieve meaningful goals. 

I'll encourage you to celebrate your progress, reflect on your learnings and be kind to yourself during the coaching journey and beyond. 


My coaching is grounded in techniques proven to help you make positive change, change your behaviour and improve your wellbeing. 


Before any coaching begins you’ll have a free 30 minute consultation with me so I can find out what you want support with. This allows us both get to know each other a little bit better, explore any questions you have about coaching and talk through how I can help you. After your initial consultation I’ll design a coaching programme tailored to you.  


I recommend everyone commits to six 60 minute sessions to start with. These then take place every fortnight with self work and support provided in between. Taking this approach is most effective and allows you to feel the long lasting benefits of coaching.


I offer 1-2-1 coaching online to anyone in the world and now in person at hero Training Club in Manchester.
