To make positive change we need to feel calm, confident and courageous, I’ll help you find all three.
I create a calm, open, honest, non judgmental environment where we can talk openly about what you want and get to work on making that happen. I always support and encourage my clients to tap into their creativity so they can really explore what is possible and feel motivated in making steps towards change. I also like to celebrate your small wins and have fun along the way.
Before any coaching begins you’ll have a free 30 minute consultation so I can hear what you want support with. This lets us both get to know each other a little bit better, explore any questions you have about coaching and talk through how I can help you. After your initial consultation I’ll design a coaching programme tailored to your aims and what is realistically achievable in the amount of sessions you can commit to.
I recommend you start by committing to a minimum of 6 sessions. It’s most effective and you will experience the long lasting benefits of your coaching. Sessions are currently taking place over video call.
I love working with people on a 1-2-1 basis. It allows me to really invest my time and energy in an individual’s needs and really focus on helping them to get what they want and to where they want. I love to motivate, encourage and challenge people to make change for the better.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a methodology that supports and empowers people to reach their goals and make positive change in their life. It enables people to move from where they are now, to where they want to be, in a faster and more effective way than if they were working alone. A coach becomes your accountability partner. They motivate you to turn intentions into actions and empower you to get results, make a plan and move forward in your life.
